New Client Information

Welcome to Bridgeview Dental. It is our optimal goal to provide your family with the highest quality of dental care , while providing a safe, friendly and relaxing environment.

Appointments are time especially reserved for you with the dental care team. We require 48 hours or 2 working days notice to change or cancel appointments. Please confirm all your appointments via phone, text or email  two days prior.  PLEASE NOTE: Insurance companies do not cover fee’s for broken appointments.

As a courtesy to our patients, we accept assignment of Dental Benefits on behalf of our patients, from most dental plans. Your dental plan is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. Due to the privacy act, insurance companies are not required to give out information on your behalf. You, the patient, are responsible for educating yourself about the limitations of your insurance policy.

We do our best to give you the most accurate estimated based on the information your plan will tell us, but it is impossible to give a guaranteed quote when  insurance is involved. Our fee’s are based on the current BCDA fee guide. Please note, not all insurance plans follow this fee guide. It is the responsibility of the patient to cover procedures that are not covered by their insurance plan.

Unless prior arrangements are made, payment is due upon completion of services rendered. Accounts over 30 days in arears will be subject to 19% interest.

At Bridgeview Dental we cannot guarantee any work done unless our patients maintain good oral home care and maintain regular checkups and hygiene visits.
